Woo-hoo!!!! It finally works after working at it half of yesterday, I can finally actually view my blog. :) I spent the other half of yesterday playing with the kiddies and trying to think of some swap ideas. I don't believe I'm actually gonna say this but I think I'm swapped out. I haven't actually scrapped a page for myself in over 6 months, not to mention that the pile of un-used swap items has now consumed a whole shelf. With talking to others, some of the biggest problems with swaps are everyones style and skills levals are different, and so often things are a mod-pog of items. So I have been raking my brain trying to think of items that will get put to good use in everyones books. needless to say, I'm still working on it,lol. Hopefully today, it will come to me. wish me luck, I need it :)

I feel your pain when it comes to swaps. I will only participate if it's something I REALLY want/need. you're so right about everyone's skill levels. I once did a border swap - NOT a topper swap. I had 3 groups of 12 people - so that was 36 total. It was tough to have that many, but I felt really sorry for some of those who just didn't "get" it. There were some beautiful things, and some "oh, my...wonder if I can give this away" moments. Sad, but true.

I have large manilla envelopes full of swap stuff I just haven't used. Sometimes it gets RAK'ed (the good stuff, not the tacky stuff) and sometimes I donate it to good causes (like Cheryl) for kids to use.
